From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Indian Falls was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<5>

From that list, the Indian Falls post office opened in 1909.

We also found Indian Falls on a map titled Shell Oil Road Map for California (1956).
