Welcome to Czar ...

While we don't have a date for the founding of Czar, you might get a feel for it by knowing that the earliest mention that we've found (so far) was on a map dated 1951.

The village of Czar is 2,250 feet [686 m] above sea level.<1> In other words, the elevation of Czar is about ½ mile above sea level.
