While we don't have a date for the founding of Amadore, you might consider that their post office opened in 1868. While the community is gone, the present day location for Amadore is 720 feet [219 m] above sea level.<3>. Time Zone: The area where Amadore was located is in the Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT) and observes daylight saving time If Amadore still existed, it would have been in the (810) area code.
