While we don't have a date for the founding of Keetley, you might consider that their post office opened in 1923. The community was inundated by the Jordanelle Reservoir. While the community is gone, the present day location for Keetley is 6,070 feet [1,850 m] above sea level.<3> In other words, the altitude of Keetley is about 1¼ mile [or ~1¾ km] above sea level.
