Welcome to Hailstone ...

So far, we found very little information about Hailstone. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

Hailstone would have been located within present day Wasatch County<2>.

Hailstone was established in 1864. The community was inundated by the Jordanelle Reservoir.

While the community is gone, the present day location for Hailstone is 6,180 feet [1,884 m] above sea level.<3> In other words, the elevation of Hailstone is about 1¼ mile [or ~1¾ km] above sea level.

Time Zone: The area where Hailstone was located is in the Mountain Time Zone (MST/MDT) and observes daylight saving time
