At the time of the 2010 Census, Ephraim had a population of 6,135 people (which is 21.96% of the total population of Sanpete County). This makes Ephraim the county's most populous community. The population of Ephraim represents 0.22% of the population of Utah (which has 2,763,885 people), making it the state's 72nd most populous community.
