At the time of the 2010 Census, Stoystown had a population of 355 people. This makes Stoystown the county's 15th most populous community.
With a 2010 count of 355 people, the population of Stoystown decreased 17.06% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 428 people).
Note: We haven't been able to verify our GPS coordinates for Ferndale. Although the coordinates have been estimated, they should be in the vicinity.<7>

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Stoystown was in the book titled Business Atlas and Shippers' Guide (1895).
