At the time of the 2010 Census, Lynchburg had a population of 1,499 people. This makes Lynchburg the county's 3rd most populous community.

The population of Lynchburg represents 0.01% of the total population of Ohio (which has 11,536,504 people), making it the state's 450th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 1,499 people, the population of Lynchburg increased 11.04% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 1,350 people).
