This is an increase of 16.12% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 32.02% since the 2000 Census). At the time of the 2010 Census, Sardinia had a population of 980 people. This makes Sardinia the county's 5th most populous community. With a 2010 count of 980 people, the population of Sardinia increased 13.69% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 862 people).
