So far, we found very little information about Ingram. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

Ingram would have been located within present day Roosevelt County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Ingram, you might consider that their post office opened in 1907.

While the community is gone, the present day location for Ingram is 4,530 feet [1,381 m] above sea level.<3> In other words, the elevation of Ingram is about ¾ mile [or ~1½ km] above sea level.

Time Zone: The area where Ingram was located is in the Mountain Time Zone (MST/MDT) and observes daylight saving time

We originally found mention of Ingram in the GNIS. For more information, see the Referenced GNIS Codes section on our Miscellaneous Page.

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found (so far) for Ingram was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<5>

From that list, the Ingram post office opened in 1907. The Ingram post office closed in 1915.
