While we don't have a date for the founding of Ingram, you might consider that their post office opened in 1907. While the community is gone, the present day location for Ingram is 4,530 feet [1,381 m] above sea level.<3> In other words, the elevation of Ingram is about ¾ mile [or ~1½ km] above sea level.
