While we don't have a date for the founding of Corazon, you might consider that their post office opened in 1903. While the community is gone, the present day location for Corazon is 5,110 feet [1,558 m] above sea level.<3> In other words, the altitude of Corazon is about 1 mile [or ~1½ km] above sea level.
