So far, we found very little information about Mill Hill. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

Mill Hill would have been located within present day Cabarrus County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Mill Hill, you might consider that their post office opened  in 1833.

While the community is gone, the present day location for Mill Hill is 640 feet [195 m] above sea level.<3>.

We originally found mention of Mill Hill in the GNIS. For more information, see the Referenced GNIS Codes section on our Miscellaneous Page.

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Mill Hill was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<7>

X2X - From that list, the Mill Hill post office opened in 1833.

We also found Mill Hill in the book titled Business Atlas and Shippers' Guide (1895).
