From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Saint Aubert was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<5>

From that list, the Saint Aubert post office opened in 1893.

We also found Saint Aubert on a map (with an unknown title) dated 1904.
