At the time of the 2010 Census, the Town of Lincoln had a population of 21,105 people. This makes Lincoln the county's 10th most populous community.

The population of Lincoln represents 2.01% of the total population of Rhode Island (which has 1,052,567 people), making it the state's 18th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 21,105 people, the population of Lincoln has remained roughly the same as the 2000 Census (which had a count of 20,898 people).
