Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Pleasant Grove had an population of 38,258 people. This is an increase of 14.17% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 63.02% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Pleasant Grove had a population of 33,509 people (or 6.49% of the total population of Utah County). This makes Pleasant Grove the county's 5th most populous community.

The population of Pleasant Grove represents 1.21% of the population of Utah (which has 2,763,885 people), making it the state's 20th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 33,509 people, the population of Pleasant Grove increased 42.79% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 23,468 people).
