At the time of the 2010 Census, Lewisville had a population of 95,290 people. This makes Lewisville the county's 2nd most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 95,290 people, the population of Lewisville increased 22.58% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 77,737 people).
