Welcome to Hebron ...The town of Hebron is located Hebron is primarily located in Collin County<1>. A portion of Hebron extends into Denton County. The location of Hebron has been provided by the Geographic Names Information System (ie- the GNIS).<2> While we don't have a date for the founding of Hebron, you might get a feel for it by knowing that during our research the earliest mention that we found (so far) was in a book dated 1895. From the Census Estimates for 2019, Hebron has a population of 211 people<3> (see below for details). The community of Hebron is 570 feet [174 m] above sea level.<4>. Time Zone: Hebron lies in the Central Time Zone (CST/CDT) and observes daylight saving time Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Hebron had an population of 211 people. This is a decrease of 49.16% since the 2010 Census (or a decrease of 75.86% since the 2000 Census). At the time of the 2010 Census, Hebron had a population of 415 people. This makes Hebron the county's 29th most populous community. With a 2010 count of 415 people, the population of Hebron decreased 52.52% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 874 people).
