While we don't have a date for the founding of Frankel City, you might consider that their post office opened in 1856.
While the community is gone, the present day location for Frankel City is 3,280 feet [1,000 m] above sea level.<4> In other words, the altitude of Frankel City is about ½ mile above sea level.
