Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Aransas Pass had an population of 8,388 people. This is an increase of 2.24% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 3.07% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Aransas Pass had a population of 8,204 people (which is 12.66% of the total population of San Patricio County). This makes Aransas Pass the county's 3rd most populous community.

The population of Aransas Pass represents 0.03% of the total population of Texas (which has 25,145,561 people), making it the state's 239th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 8,204 people, the population of Aransas Pass has remained roughly the same as the 2000 Census (with a count of 8,138 people).
