The population of Aransas Pass represents 0.03% of the total population of Texas (which has 25,145,561 people), making it the state's 239th most populous community. With a 2010 count of 8,204 people, the population of Aransas Pass has remained roughly the same as the 2000 Census (which had a count of 8,138 people).
