Marshall County was founded in 1836. Marshall was created by taking area from Giles, Bedford, Lincoln and Maury Counties. From the Census Estimates for 2019, <1> Marshall had a population of 34,375 people. This is an increase of 12.02% since the last Census (which gave a population of 30,687 people in 2010).
