From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for College Hill was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<6>

X2X - From that list, the College Hill post office opened in 1849.

We also found College Hill in the book titled Table of U.S. Post Offices in the United States (Jan. 1851).
