While we don't have a date for the founding of Berlin, you might get a feel for it by knowing that the earliest mention that we've found (so far) was in a book dated 1895.

When the people of Berlin referred to themselves (known as a demonym), they are believed to have used Berliner<4>

Time Zone: The area where Berlin was located is in the Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT) and observes daylight saving time
