So far, we found very little information about Corrumpa. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

Corrumpa would have been located within present day Union County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Corrumpa, you might consider that their post office opened  in 1905.

While the community is gone, the present day location for Corrumpa is 5,530 feet [1,686 m] above sea level.<3> In other words, the elevation of Corrumpa is about 1 mile [or ~1¾ km] above sea level.
