Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Ossipee had an population of 4,352 people. This is an increase of 0.16% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 3.35% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Ossipee had a population of 4,345 people (which is 9.09% of the total population of Carroll County). This makes Ossipee the county's 4th most populous community.

The population of Ossipee represents 0.33% of the total population of New Hampshire (which has 1,316,470 people), making it the state's 83rd most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 4,345 people, the population of Ossipee increased 3.18% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 4,211 people).
