While we don't have a date for the founding of Kendall, you might consider that their post office opened in 1901. While the community is gone, the present day location for Kendall is 4,610 feet [1,405 m] above sea level.<3> In other words, the elevation of Kendall is about ¾ mile [or ~1½ km] above sea level.
