At the time of the 2010 Census, Fleming had a population of 128 people. This makes Fleming the county's 12th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 128 people, the population of Fleming increased 4.92% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 122 people).

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Fleming was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<6>

From that list, the Fleming post office opened in 1888.

We also found Fleming in the book titled Business Atlas and Shippers' Guide (1895).
