Miscellaneous References and Mentions
While our initial data about Book came from various goverment sources (GNIS, FIPS), we also found mention of Book in various books, maps and other sources. When we find a mention, a fact or snippet, we add that information to our Gazetter.

The Book post office opened in 1934 and had closed by 1966.
