Welcome to Chubbuck ...

So far, we found very little information about Chubbuck. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

We've added Chubbuck to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. If you can help us with Chubbuck, please Contact Us.

Chubbuck would have been located within present day San Bernardino County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Chubbuck, you might consider that their post office opened  in 1938.

While the community is gone, the present day location for Chubbuck is 1,010 feet [308 m] above sea level.<3>.

Time Zone: The area where Chubbuck was located is in the Pacific Time Zone (PST/PDT) and observes daylight saving time

Note: If you travel east from Chubbuck (for example, toward Lake Havasu City (AZ)), you will leave Pacific Time and cross into the Mountain Standard Time Zone (MST). In addition, you will be moving from an area that observes daylight saving time to one that does not.

If Chubbuck still existed, it would have been in the (760) and (442)<4> area codes.
