The origin (or the toponymy) of Cody: Named after Henry Cody (1861-1921), a prospector who located the Noble Five Mine.
Time Zone: The area where Cody was located is in the Pacific Time Zone (PST/PDT) and observes daylight saving time. The time zone in French: PST- Heure Normale du Pacifique (HNP).
Cody would have been located in the (250) and (778)<2> area codes.
