While we don't have a date for the founding of Tiger, you might consider that their post office opened in 1939. While the community is gone, the present day location for Tiger is 3,080 feet [939 m] above sea level.<3> In other words, the elevation of Tiger is about ½ mile above sea level. Time Zone: The area where Tiger was located is in the Mountain Standard Time Zone (MST) and does not observe daylight saving time Communities Also Named Tiger ...Using our Gazetteer, we found that there are two Arizona communities named Tiger: This one is located in Pinal County and the other is located in Yavapai County.
