From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for San Xavier was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<5>

X2X - From that list, the San Xavier post office opened in 1915.

We also found San Xavier on a map titled Shell Oil Road Map for Arizona (1956).
