From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Freedom was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<7>
From that list, the Freedom post office opened in 1898.
We also found Freedom on a map titled Shell Oil Road Map for Utah (1950).
