At the time of the 2010 Census, Graham had a population of 14,153 people (which is 9.36% of the total population of Alamance County). This makes Graham the county's 2nd most populous community.

The population of Graham represents 0.15% of the population of North Carolina (which has 9,535,483 people), making it the state's 62nd most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 14,153 people, the population of Graham increased 10.29% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 12,833 people).
