From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Solon Springs was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<6>

From that list, the Solon Springs post office opened in 1896.

We also found Solon Springs on a map titled Shell Oil Road Map for Wisconsin (1956).
