How Far From Felicia to ...
We spend a lot of time looking through Gazetteers, Almanacs & Directories that were published in the late 1800's and early 1900's. Many of the Gazetteers include the distance from a community such as Felicia to various places of note, such as the White House.
With a nod to our favorite Gazetteers and using the location of where the historic<4> community of Felicia once stood, the straight-line distance beginning in Felicia and extending to:
- Rocky Mount, which is the Seat of Franklin County, lies just to the West Southwest.
- Richmond, which is the State Capital of Virginia, lies 131 miles [210.8 km]<1> to the east northeast (ENE). If you could drive a straight line from Felicia to Richmond, with an average speed<5>of 63 miles [101.4 km] per hour, it would take less than three hours to make the trip.
