Orem (1873-1951), President of the Salt Lake and Utah Railroad. From the Census Estimates for 2019, Orem has a population of 97,834 people<2> (see below for details). The population of Orem represents 3.2% of the population of Utah (which has 2,763,885 people), making it the state's 5th most populous community.
