Welcome to Joy ...

So far, we found very little information about Joy. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

We've added Joy to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. We would especially like to find the location of Joy - knowing its coordinates, we can explore things like its relationship to neighboring communities, nearby cemeteries, etc. If you can help us with Joy, please Contact Us.

While we don't have the exact location of Joy , we believe that it would have been located within present day Millard County<2>.

Using our Gazetteer, we found that there are two Utah communities named Joy: This one is located in Millard County and the other is located in Juab County.

Beyond Utah, there are 24 communities that are also named Joy - they are located in Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Kansas (2), Kentucky (2), Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma (2), Oregon, South Carolina, Texas (2), Washington and West Virginia.
