Welcome to Boltenheim (aka 'Bolonheim') ...

So far, we found very little information about Boltenheim. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

We've added Boltenheim to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. We would especially like to find the location of Boltenheim - knowing its coordinates, we can explore things like its relationship to neighboring communities, nearby cemeteries, etc. If you can help us with Boltenheim, please Contact Us.

While we don't have the exact location of Boltenheim <3>, we believe that it would have been located within present day Piute County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Boltenheim, you might consider that their post office opened in 1878.

As we work on our Gazetteer, we occasionally find mention of a community that is new to us. When we find such a community, we add it to our Gazetteer with the hope of adding more information in the future.

The earliest source we've referenced which mentioned Boltenheim was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<4>

From that list, the Boltenheim post office opened in 1878.
