Spring Hill was located While we don't have the exact location of Spring Hill , we believe that it would have been located within present day Lamar County<2>. Time Zone: The area where Spring Hill was located is in the Central Time Zone (CST/CDT) and observes daylight saving time The location where Spring Hill once stood is in the (903) & (430)<3> area codes. While we believe that this Spring Hill is located in Lamar County, we know of another 8 Texas communities named Spring Hill.
