Welcome to Kelm ...So far, we found very little information about Kelm. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1> We've added Kelm to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. Kelm was located While we don't have the exact location of Kelm , we believe that it would have been located within present day Navarro County<2>. While we don't have a date for the founding of Kelm, you might consider that their post office opened in 1894. Time Zone: The area where Kelm was located is in the Central Time Zone (CST/CDT) and observes daylight saving time The earliest source we've referenced which mentioned Kelm was on a map titled Map of Texas (from Rand McNally, 1911). We also found Kelm in the book titled .<3> X3X - From that list, the Kelm post office opened in 1894.
