Welcome to Kelm ...

So far, we found very little information about Kelm. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

We've added Kelm to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. We would especially like to find the location of Kelm - knowing its coordinates, we can explore things like its relationship to neighboring communities, nearby cemeteries, etc. If you can help us with Kelm, please Contact Us.

Kelm was located

While we don't have the exact location of Kelm , we believe that it would have been located within present day Navarro County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Kelm, you might consider that their post office opened in 1894.

Time Zone: The area where Kelm was located is in the Central Time Zone (CST/CDT) and observes daylight saving time

The earliest source we've referenced which mentioned Kelm was on a map titled Map of Texas (from Rand McNally, 1911).

We also found Kelm in the book titled .<3> X3X - From that list, the Kelm post office opened in 1894.
