Jonesborough was located While we don't have the exact location of Jonesborough , we believe that it would have been located within present day Lamar County<2>. Time Zone: The area where Jonesborough was located is in the Central Time Zone (CST/CDT) and observes daylight saving time Jonesborough would have been located in the (903) & (430)<3> area codes.
