Welcome to High Hill ...So far, we found very little information about High Hill. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1> We've added High Hill to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. If you can help us with High Hill, please Contact Us. High Hill was located High Hill would have been located within present day Fayette County<2>. The location of High Hill has been provided by the Geographic Names Information System (ie- the GNIS).<3> While we don't have a date for the founding of High Hill, you might consider that their post office opened in 1860. While the community is gone, the present day location for High Hill is 370 feet [113 m] above sea level.<4>. Time Zone: The area where High Hill was located is in the Central Time Zone (CST/CDT) and observes daylight saving time Using our Gazetteer, we found that there are 7 communities that are also named High Hill - they are located in Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma and Virginia.
