Unfortunately our sources aren't clear about the location of Gregg other than they indicate that Gregg would be found somewhere in Travis County, Texas. From the Blevins / Hellbock List: The post office opened in 1871 and closed in 1902. Communities Also Named Gregg ...We found eight communities that share the name Gregg. Within Texas, the name Gregg is unique. Beyond Texas, we know of another eight communities that are located throughout in the United States and Canada. Of these eight communities, seven are located in the United States and one is in Canada.
