From the Census Estimates for 2019, Ferris has a population of 2,972 people<3> (see below for details). The community of Ferris is 470 feet [143 m] above sea level.<4>. The ZIP code for Ferris: 75125<6> Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Ferris had an population of 2,972 people. This is an increase of 22% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 36.64% since the 2000 Census). At the time of the 2010 Census, Ferris had a population of 2,436 people. This makes Ferris the county's 6th most populous community. With a 2010 count of 2,436 people, the population of Ferris increased 12% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 2,175 people).
