Camey Spur was located While we don't have the exact location of Camey Spur , we believe that it would have been located within present day Denton County<2>. While we don't have a date for the founding of Camey Spur, you might consider that their post office opened in 1913. Time Zone: The area where Camey Spur was located is in the Central Time Zone (CST/CDT) and observes daylight saving time As we work on our Gazetteer, we occasionally find mention of a community that is new to us.
