While we don't have a date for the founding of Little Chucky, you might consider that their post office opened  in 1841.

While the community is gone, the present day location for Little Chucky is 1,330 feet [405 m] above sea level.<4>.

We originally found mention of Little Chucky in the GNIS. For more information, see the Referenced GNIS Codes section on our Miscellaneous Page.

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Little Chucky was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<6>

From that list, the Little Chucky post office opened in 1841.

We also found Little Chucky in the book titled U.S. Post Offices (Oct. 1846).
