While our initial information about Longshore came from various goverment sources (GNIS, FIPS), we also found mention of Longshore in various books, maps and other sources.

Note: When we started collecting data about Longshore, we were inconsistent about keeping track of where that data came from. As a result, this list of references and mentions is probably incomplete.
