Unfortunately our sources aren't clear about the location of High Falls other than they indicate that High Falls would be found somewhere in Oconee County, South Carolina. From the Blevins / Hellbock List: The post office opened in 1878 and closed in 1902. Communities Also Named High Falls ...We found eight communities that share the name High Falls. Within South Carolina, the name High Falls is unique. Beyond South Carolina, we know of another eight communities that are located throughout in the United States and Canada. Of these eight communities, six are located in the United States and four are in Canada.
