While we don't have a date for the founding of Woonsocket Falls, you might consider that their post office opened  in 1827.

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Woonsocket Falls was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<3>

From that list, the Woonsocket Falls post office opened in 1827.

We also found Woonsocket Falls in the book titled U.S. Post Offices (Oct. 1846).
